A Balanced Post-Workout Drink and Snack Plan

Recovery Needs More Than One Drink

After exercise, priorities may include replacing fluid, eating enough carbohydrate and protein, and getting rest. The exact timing and amount depend on the workout and the person. There is no universal 60-minute window in which one beverage guarantees faster repair.

Watermelon Pineapple Juice is a 12-ounce juice made with watermelon, pineapple, and Celtic Sea Salt. It can accompany a post-workout meal or snack, but it is not a meaningful protein source on its own. Liquid Gold is a more concentrated 2-ounce option containing pineapple, orange, ginger, and turmeric.

Rapid Recovery is an herbal tea made with spring water, honey, green tea leaves, peppermint, ginger, cardamom, licorice, fennel, cloves, calendula, and black peppercorns. Despite its name, it should be chosen for its tea and spice profile rather than as a promise of faster muscle repair or better sleep.

A practical plan is simple: drink water according to thirst and conditions, eat a balanced meal or snack, and add one JHW product if its flavor and ingredients suit you. Review labels for ingredients that may affect allergies, sensitivities, medications, or individual nutrition needs.
